相控微针射频在面部皮肤年轻化治疗中的应用效果分析

目的研究相控微针射频在面部皮肤年轻化治疗中的疗效。方法30例接受面部皮肤年轻化治疗的患者,应用计算机数字随机排序方式分为对照组和研究组,各15例。对照组选择单纯微针治疗,研究组采用相控微针射频治疗。对比两组治疗前后症状积分、不良反应发生率、治疗效果以及患者对治疗的满意度。结果治疗后,研究组面部毛孔大小、色素沉着、粗糙程度、肤色评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组治疗显效13例,有效2例,无效0例,总有效率为100.00%;对照组治疗显效0例,有效5例,无效10例,总有效率为33.33%;研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组对治疗的总满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对接受面部皮肤年轻化治疗的患者采用相控微针射频能在保证治疗安全的同时进一步改善患者症状,提高整体疗效,且患者满意度高。

Objective To study the efficacy of phased micro-needle radiofrequency in facial skin rejuvenation.Methods A total of 30 patients with facial skin rejuvenation were divided into control group and research group according to random numerical table,with 15 cases in each group.The control group received micro needle therapy only,and research group received phased micro-needle radiofrequency.The symptom integral before and after treatment,incidence of adverse reactions,treatment effect and patients'satisfaction with treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the facial pore size,pigmentation,roughness,and skin tone scores of the research group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).In the research group,there were 13 excellent cases,2 effective cases and 0 ineffective case,with total effective rate as 100.00%;in the control group,there were 0 excellent case,5 effective cases and 10 ineffective cases,with total effective rate as 33.33%.The total effective rate of treatm ent of the research group was obviously higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate with treatment of the research group was obviously higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Phase micro-needle radiofrequency for patients receiving facial skin rejuvenation treatment can further improve patient symptoms while ensuring the safety of treatment,improve overall efficacy,and have high patient satisfaction.
