超敏C反应蛋白和血常规联合检验在呼吸系统疾病中的应用及准确性分析

Application and accuracy analysis of combined test of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and blood routine in respiratory diseases

目的分析超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和血常规联合检验在呼吸系统疾病中的应用及准确性。方法 180例呼吸系统疾病患者,根据感染原因的不同分为病毒感染组(100例)和细菌感染组(80例)。所有患者入院前均进行hs-CRP以及血常规检验。对比两组患者的hs-CRP、白细胞(WBC)计数、中性粒细胞(NEUT)百分比以及阳性率。结果细菌感染组hs-CRP(26.22±12.31)mg/L、WBC计数(13.54±4.87)×109/L、NEUT百分比(84.66±6.64)%明显高于病毒感染组的(8.72±6.44)mg/L、(5.21±2.33)×109/L、(64.25±5.18)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。细菌感染组hs-CRP阳性率85.00%、WBC计数阳性率65.00%、NEUT百分比阳性率70.00%明显高于病毒感染组的8.00%、6.00%、5.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 hs-CRP和血常规联合检验在呼吸系统疾病中的应用效果显著,诊断呼吸系统疾病准确性较高,因此值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application and accuracy of combined test of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and blood routine in respiratory diseases.Methods A total of 180 patients with respiratory diseases were divided into virus infection group(100 cases)and bacterial infection group(80 cases)according to different causes of infection.All patients received hs-CRP and blood routine test before admission.The hs-CRP,white blood cell(WBC)count,neutrophil(NEUT)percentage and positive rate of the two groups were compared.Results hs-CRP(26.22±12.31)mg/L,WBC count(13.54±4.87)×109/L and NEUT percentage(84.66±6.64)%of bacterial infection group were obviously higher than(8.72±6.44)mg/L,(5.21±2.33)×109/L and(64.25±5.18)%of virus infection group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of hs-CRP 85.00%,positive rate of WBC count 65.00%,and percentage of NEUT positive rate 70.00%in the bacterial infection group which were significantly higher than 8.00%,6.00%and 5.00%in the viral infection group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined hs-CRP and blood routine tests have significant application effects in respiratory diseases,and the accuracy of the diagnosis of respiratory diseases is high,so it is worthy of popularization and application.
