神经内科老年眩晕患者的病因及治疗效果分析

Analysis of causes and treatment effect of senile vertigo patients in neurology department

目的针对神经内科老年眩晕患者的病因及治疗效果进行分析,明确科学治疗在神经内科老年眩晕患者治疗中的重要性。方法 100例老年眩晕患者,依据治疗方法不同分为试验组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,试验组在西医用药的基础上融合中医推拿疗法治疗。分析老年眩晕的病因并比较两组疗效。结果老年眩晕患者的病因主要包括慢性主观性头晕、良性发作性位置性眩晕、后循环缺血、心境障碍、前庭神经元炎、偏头痛等,其中慢性主观性头晕(36%)、良性发作性位置性眩晕(27%)等原因占主导。试验组治疗总有效率98%高于对照组的76%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在西医用药的基础上融合中医推拿疗法能够帮助老年眩晕患者有效控制病情,并不断提升患者的整体治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the causes and treatment effect of senile vertigo patients in neurology department,and clarify the importance of scientific treatment in senile patients with vertigo in neurology department.Methods A total of 100 senile vertigo patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Chinese massage therapy on the basis of Western medicine.The causes of vertigo was analyzed,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The causes of vertigo in elderly patients mainly include chronic subjective dizziness,benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,posterior circulation ischemia,mood disorder,vestibular neuritis,migraine,etc.among them,chronic subjective dizziness(36%)and benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(27%)were dominant.The total effective rate of treatment 98%of the experimental group was higher than 76%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese massage therapy on the basis of Western medicine can help control the disease of senile vertigo patients,and constantly improve the overall treatment effect of patients.
