摘要
采用ISAT(Initial Surface Absorption Test)方法研究了蒸养制度和石粉含量对机制砂混凝土毛细吸水性能的影响。结果表明:相比于标养条件,蒸养会增大机制砂混凝土的毛细吸水能力,但与同养护条件下的河砂混凝土相比,机制砂混凝土的毛细吸水系数更低;静养时间的缩短和恒温温度的升高都会增大机制砂混凝土的毛细吸水系数,合适的静养时间和养护温度分别为4 h和50℃;石粉含量对蒸养机制砂混凝土毛细吸水性影响较大,随着石粉含量的增加,蒸养机制砂混凝土的毛细吸水系数先变小后变大,合适的石粉含量为10%。
The ISAT(initial surface absorption test)method was used to study the influence of steam curing system and stone powder content on the capillary water absorption performance of machine-made sand concrete.The results show that compared with the standard curing condition,steam curing will increase the capillary water absorption capacity of the machine-made sand concrete.Compared with the river sand concrete under the same curing condition,the capillary water absorption coefficient of the machine-made sand concrete is lower.Reducing resting time and increasing constant temperature will increase the capillary water absorption coefficient of the machine-made sand concrete.The appropriate resting time and curing temperature are 4 h and 50℃.The content of stone powder has a significant impact on the capillary water absorption of steam cured machine-made sand concrete.With the increase of stone powder content,the capillary water absorption coefficient of steam curing machine-made sand concrete first decreases and then increases,and the appropriate content of stone powder is 10%.
