摘要
先将二硫化钼剥离成纳米片层,并用聚硫醇对片层结构的二硫化钼进行功能化修饰,然后再将其分散在环氧树脂中,组成纳米复合体系,研究其分散状态、形貌和用量对机械性能和耐热性的影响。研究结果表明:极少量的功能化二硫化钼就可以有效地提高环氧树脂的机械性能;功能化二硫化钼质量比为0.50%时,环氧树脂胶粘剂的玻璃化转变温度增加了17℃,胶粘剂体系的冲击强度最大增幅为93%;胶粘剂在150℃时的拉伸剪切强度由基础的3.5 MPa提升到17.1 MPa,增幅为388%。
Firstly,molybdenum disulfide was peeled off into nanosheets,and the molybdenum disulfide with lamellar structure was functionalized with polymercaptan,then it was dispersed in epoxy resin to form nanocomposite system.The effects of dispersion state,morphology and content on mechanical properties and heat resistance were studied.The research results showed that a small amount of functionalized molybdenum disulfide could effectively improve the mechanical properties of epoxy resin.When the mass ratio of functionalized molybdenum disulfide was 0.50%,the glass transition temperature of epoxy resin adhesive increased by 17℃,and the maximum impact intensity of adhesive system increased by 93%.The tensile shear strength of adhesive at150℃increased from 3.5 MPa to 17.1 MPa,an increase of 388%.
