In the new era,the social situation of periodical publishing has undergone profound changes,and the goal of building world-class academic journals has put forward higher requirements for editorial literacy.Periodical editors need to reconstruct their core literacy to cope with new situations and adapt to new requirements.Through sorting out and selecting the necessary values,character and competence of contemporary periodical editors,and analyzing their connotations and extensions layer by layer,the core literacy system of periodical editors is constructed to position the core literacy of periodical editors in a complete,clear and systematic orientation.
