Ways to Cultivate Teenagers of Scientific and Technological Innovation Quality

摘要 针对我国青少年科技创新素质培养存在的问题,基于国内外的经验和20多年的研究与实践,探索并提出了青少年科技创新素质培养的途径,主要包括:营造创造性的环境、实施思维型的教学、促进课程教材改革、开展拔尖人才的早期培养和培养创造性的教师。 In view of the problems existing in the cultivation of young people’s scientific and technological innovation quality,based on the experience at home and abroad as well as more than 20 years of research and practice,this paper explores and puts forward the ways to cultivate young people’s scientific and technological innovation quality,mainly including:creating a creative environment,implementing Thinking-Based Instruction,promoting curriculum reform,carrying out early training of top-notch talents and cultivating creative teachers.
