在痔疮手术中采取不同体位对患者舒适度及满意度的影响

Study on the effect of different postures in hemorrhoid surgery on patients’ comfort and satisfaction

目的探讨在痔疮手术中采取不同体位对患者舒适度及满意度的影响。方法 80例痔疮手术患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组采取截石位,试验组采取侧卧位。比较两组患者舒适度以及临床满意度。结果试验组患者舒适度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者总满意度87.5%高于对照组的62.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对痔疮手术患者采取侧卧位可以改善患者舒适度,提高临床满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the effect of different postures in hemorrhoid surgery on patients ’comfort and satisfaction. Methods A total of 80 patients with hemorrhoid surgery were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with lithotomy position, and the experimental group was treated with lateral position. The comfort and clinical satisfactions were compared between the two groups. Results The comfort of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate 87.5% of the experimental group was higher than 62.5% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Lateral position for hemorrhoid surgery patients can improve patient comfort and improve clinical satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
