摘要
目的探讨比较血红蛋白(Hb)和血细胞比容(HCT)经床旁血气分析与血细胞分析仪检测的结果。方法 1802例需测定血红蛋白和血细胞比容的患者,分别行床旁血气分析仪检测(血气组)和血细胞分析仪检测(血细胞组)。比较两组血红蛋白和血细胞比容并分析两种仪器检测血红蛋白和血细胞比容的相关性。结果血气组的血红蛋白(98.35±16.98)g/L和血细胞比容(36.68±5.41)%明显低于血细胞组的(105.78±17.63)g/L、(38.74±5.92)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以自变量(X)作为床旁血气分析仪测得结果 ,因变量(Y)作为血细胞分析仪测得结果 ,血细胞比容的回归方程:Y=1.0354X-1.695,r=0.938;血红蛋白的回归方程:Y=0.9942X-3.8632, r=0.968;两种仪器测得结果具有较好的相关性。结论虽床旁血气分析测定血红蛋白和血细胞比容的结果与血细胞分析仪存在区别,但二者具有较好的相关性,床旁血气分析仪可增补血细胞分析仪对血红蛋白和血细胞比容的测定与分析,具有积极的影响作用,可在临床中广泛推广应用。
Objective To discuss and analyze the results of hemoglobin(Hb) and hematocrit(HCT) measured by bedside blood gas analysis and hematology analyzer. Methods There were 1802 patients need to be tested for hemoglobin and hematocrit by bedside blood gas analysis(blood gas group) and hematology analyzer(hematology group). The hemoglobin and hematocrit of the two groups were compared, and the correlation between hemoglobin and hematocrit detected by the two instruments was analyzed. Results The hemoglobin(98.35±16.98) g/L and hematocrit(36.68±5.41)% of blood gas group were obviously lower than(105.78± 17.63) g/L and(38.74±5.92)% of hematology group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Took the independent variable(X) as the result measured by the bedside blood gas analyzer, and the dependent variable(Y) as the result measured by the blood cell analyzer. The regression equation of hematocrit: Y=1.0354 X-1.695, r=0.938;regression of hemoglobin equation: Y=0.9942 X-3.8632, r=0.968;the results measured by the two instruments have a good correlation. Conclusion Although there are differences between the results of bedside blood gas analysis and hematocrit analyzer, there is a good correlation between them. Bedside blood gas analyzer can supplement the determination and analysis of hemoglobin and hematocrit by blood cell analyzer, which has a positive effect and can be widely used in clinical practice.
