中药口服、外洗联合艾灸治疗在手部肌腱开放性断裂伤术后功能恢复的应用

Application of oral and external washing of Chinese medicine combined with moxa-moxibustion for functional recovery after open rupture of hand tendon

目的探讨分析手部肌腱开放性断裂伤术后给予中药口服、外洗联合艾灸治疗对患者手部功能恢复的影响。方法 60例手部肌腱开放性断裂患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者给予常规抗感染和康复锻炼治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予中药口服、外洗联合艾灸治疗。比较两组患者血清炎症因子、生活质量评分、疗效、并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的白细胞介素6(125.91±25.95)ng/ml、C反应蛋白(38.23±6.53)mg/L均低于对照组的(158.36±32.48)ng/ml、(50.32±7.48)mg/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的躯体功能、心理功能、物质生活状态、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率93.33%高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率13.33%低于对照组的40.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论和单独使用常规抗感染治疗相比,在常规抗感染治疗的基础上给予中医口服、外洗联合艾灸治疗可以发挥更好的抗感染作用,提高治疗的安全性,提高患者手部功能恢复效果及术后生活质量水平,可以取得更好的康复效果,值得推广使用。

Objective To discuss and analyze the effect of oral and external washing of Chinese medicine combined with moxa-moxibustion for functional recovery after open rupture of hand tendon. Methods A total of 60 patients with open rupture of hand tendon as study subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional anti infection and rehabilitation exercise treatment, while the observation group receivedoral and external washing of Chinese medicine combined with moxa-moxibustion on the basis of the control group. The serum inflammatory factors, quality of life score, efficacy and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The interleukin 6(125.91±25.95) ng/ml and C-reactive protein(38.23±6.53) mg/L of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(158.36±32.48) ng/ml and(50.32±7.48) mg/L, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The physical function, psychological function, material life state and social function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate 93.33% of the observation group was higher than that of the control group 73.33%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications 13.33% of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 40.00%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the single use of conventional anti-infective therapy, oral and external washing of Chinese medicine combined with moxa-moxibustion on the basis of conventional antiinfective therapy can play a better anti-infection effect, which can improve the safety of treatment, improve the recovery effect of hand function and postoperative quality of life of patients, thus achieving better rehabilitation effec. It is worthy of promotion and application.
