Design and realization of integrated disaster reduction field investigation system

摘要 针对减灾地理信息平台采集和更新地理信息数据中存在的效率低、更新慢、设备不易携带的问题,该文在.NET平台下,利用平板电脑结合定位技术、地理信息技术和嵌入式数据库,设计出一体化减灾外业调查系统。该系统可以在离线的状态下,存储高精度地图并进行精确定位、数据采集、属性编辑,同时具备减灾专题属性功能。该文以新疆地区为例,演示系统如何高效、精确地进行减灾数据的及时更新。 Aiming at the problems of inefficiency,slowly data updating,and the equipment which is not convenient to be taken along in the collection and update of geographic information data by the disaster reduction geographic information platform.Designed on the.NET platform with a tablet computer by virtue of the positioning technology,the geographic information technology and an embedded database,the integrated disaster reduction field investigation system mentioned in this paper was able to store high-precision maps offline and then perform accurate positioning,data collection and attribute editing,in addition,it was equipped with the thematic attribute function of disaster reduction.In the end,Xinjiang was taken as an example in this paper in a bid to demonstrate how the system efficiently and accurately update the disaster reduction data in a timely manner.
