学前教育专业大学生职业认同现状的调查研究——以江苏省Y市为例 被引量:5

A Survey of the Status Quo of the Professional Identity of the Normal Students Majoring in Preschool Education:A Case Study of Y City in Jiangsu Province

摘要 职业认同即指个体在明确了解自身所从事或将要从事职业后的一种认可情况,学前教育专业大学生的职业认同是他们将来是否会选择从事幼儿教师职业的重要参考标准。采用问卷法调查了来自江苏省Y市两所高校的1821名学前教育专业大学生,调查他们职业认同的现状及影响因素,结果发现他们的职业认同普遍较高。年龄、年级及学制等因素对他们的职业认同都有显著影响。为进一步提高学前教育专业大学生的职业认同,高校要加强职业信念教育,将“四有好老师”内化为学前教育专业大学生培养的精神内核;完善实践教学体系,丰富学前教育专业大学生的职业体验与职业情感;整合校内外资源,三位一体协同培养学前教育专业大学生的职业认同。 Professional identity refers to an individual’s recognition of the vocation he or she is engaged in or will be engaged in.The professional identity of normal students majoring in preschool education is an important reference standard for evaluating whether they will choose to take up preschool teachers’career in the future.In this study,the research subjects are 1821 normal students majoring in preschool education from two universities in Y City of Jiangsu Province.The results revealed the high level of professional identity of normal students,which was significantly influenced by their age,grade and educational system.In order to enhance the level of professional identity of students majoring in preschool education,we should strengthen the education of professional belief,internalize the“four standards of good teachers”as the core of the cultivation;improve the practical teaching to enrich the professional experience and emotion;integrate the three training platforms of“classroom teaching,practice training and campus cultural activities”.
