Seeking happiness for the Chinese people is the original aspiration of the Communist Party of China( CPC),serving the people is the fundamental purpose of the CPC,the complete liberation and all-round development of human beings is the value orientation of the CPC’s ideological and political education for a century. The liberation and development of human beings is a historical category,its connotation and standards are in the process of constant change and development,and its goals and contents differ in the periods of revolution,construction,and reform and different stages of those periods. In order to meet the demands of the people in different periods and at different development stages,the Chinese Communists,as historical materialists,have formulated corresponding programs,guidelines and policies,carried out practical ideological and political education,realized the great transformation of the Chinese nation from standing up,to getting rich and then to becoming stronger,and promoted the Chinese people towards the realization of the great goal of complete liberation and all-round development of human beings.
