In the new era of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics,fundamental changes have taken place in the main social contradictions.The people′s yearning for a better life also includes the need for high-quality higher education.Starting from running higher education that people are satisfied with,this paper probes into the fundamental solution to the problem of financial fund simplification in the investment of colleges and universities for a long time,so as to innovate the system and mechanism of higher education and implement the comprehensive reform of colleges and universities.
