摘要
针对880 MW火电机组GGH漏风率变大的问题进行深度剖析,结合现场实际情况对GGH换热元件的密封系统进行解体检查分析,通过对GGH换热元件密封系统的优化,进一步降低GGH漏风率,提升了脱硫系统性能和运行经济性。
Aiming at the problem of GGH leakage rate increasing of 880 MW thermal power unit is analyzed in depth,the disassembly inspection and analysis of the sealing system of GGH heat exchanger element are carried out according to the actual situation on site.Through the optimization of sealing system of GGH heat exchanger components,it reduces the GGH leakage rate.The desulfurization system performance and the operating economy are improved.
