敏感性皮肤与面部皮炎的鉴别诊断

Differential Diagnosis of Facial Derma-problems Suffering from Facial Flushing and Sensitive Feeling

面部潮红、敏感为主要症状的皮肤问题较多,常常造成临床上诊断的混淆,本文重点介绍了敏感皮肤、酒渣鼻、脂溢性皮炎、颜面再发性皮炎等常见炎症性皮肤疾病的临床特点及鉴别诊断,准确区分这些疾病潮红的早期特点、结合其它特征性皮损有助于他们的鉴别诊断。考虑到皮肤屏障受损后可导致类似的症状且皮肤病教科书中并无对应的诊断名称,因此临床上是否可采用屏障功能受损综合症这一诊断名称,亟待临床达成共识。

Facial flushing and sensitive feeling can be found in several derma-problems and often causing clinical diagnosis confusion.This paper mainly introduces discusses the clinical features and differential diagnosis of the sensitive skin,rosacea,seborrheic dermatitis and facial recurrent dermatitis.In order to get correct diagnosis it is essential to accurately identify the characteristic flush on their early stage,in combination with other distinctive lesions.Given that damaged skin barrier can lead to similar symptoms and there is no corresponding diagnostic item in dermatology textbooks,it is an urgent need for clinical consensus on the use of the diagnose of skin barrier dysfunction syndrome.
