Medical Therapies of Sensitive Skin

敏感性皮肤是指一组表现为皮肤对各种理化、生理性刺激因素不耐受而诱发的各种不适主观症状的症候群,伴或不伴客观体征。目前认为其发生机制和表皮屏障功能受损、皮肤神经、血管的高反应性等因素有关。针对相关的发病机制或靶点提出了一系列的药物治疗方法,并且随着对敏感性皮肤的认识逐步加深,有望寻找到更多的治疗模式。

Sensitive skin refers to a group of symptoms induced by skin intolerance to various physical,chemical and physiological stimuli,with or without objective signs.At present,it is believed that the mechanism of the condition is mainly related to the damage of epidermal barrier function,and the hyperreactivity of skin nerves and blood vessels.A series of medical therapies methods are proposed for these mechanisms or targets currently.With the deepening understanding of sensitive skin,it is expected to find more treatment modalities in the future.
