摘要
当前,中小企业借助移动商务快速成长,其在新业态下建立良好信用获得竞争优势成为关注的要点。文章在对移动商务模式发展现状进行研究的基础上,分析了移动商务环境下中小企业信用评价的现状和信用评价建立的影响因素,并对安全性、企业信誉度、初始消费信任、兼容性、个性化及隐私保护等主要因素进行了研究,以期为中小企业从信用评价角度出发对获得竞争优势做出有益的探析。
At present,with the help of mobile commerce,small-and-medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)are growing rapidly with the help of mobile commerce.Based on the research of the current situation of the development of mobile commerce mode,this paper analyzes the current situation of the credit evaluation of small-and-medium-sized enterprises under the environment of mobile commerce and the influencing factors of the establishment of credit evaluation,and studies the main factors such as security,enterprise reputation,initial consumption trust,compatibility,personalization and privacy protection,so as to provide a reference for SMEs from the perspective of credit evaluation winning competitive advantage.
