典型单层砖木结构民居震害特点与抗震能力数值模拟研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对东北地区量大面广的单层砖木结构民居,开展了结构抗震能力与震害调查。基于调查资料研究了单层砖木结构的建筑、结构、抗震构造措施以及工程震害特点,基于Abaqus软件研究了典型单层砖木结构民居的破坏原因和抗震能力,提出了增强结构抗震能力的改进方法,并通过数值模拟方法验证了改进效果。研究表明:(1)采用泥浆砌筑承重砌体墙是导致单层砖木整体抗震能力不足的关键因素;(2)墙体间缺乏有效拉结且木屋架与墙体之间浮放导致结构整体性较差;(3)山尖墙沿结构竖向发生刚度突变,导致山尖墙根部形成薄弱部位;(4)提出的改进方法的效果随着地震作用的加大效果越显著,在0.40 g时能够减少近50%的破坏。 In response to large-scale and wide-story single-story brick-wood structure houses in the Northeast China,a survey of structural earthauake reseitance and earthquake damage was conducted.Based on the survey data,the single-story brick-wood structure building,structural measures,and engineering damage characteristics were studied.Based on the Abaqus software,the damage causes and seismic resistance of typical single story brickwood structures are studied.An improved method for enhancing the seismic resistance of the structure is proposed,and the improvement effect is verified by numerical simulation methods.The research shows that:(1)the use of mud to build a load bearing masonry wall is a key factor that causes the overall seismic resistance of a single layer of brick and wood;(2)the lack of effective tie between the walls and the floating between the wooden roof truss and the wall cause the structure Poor integrity;(3)sudden changes in stiffness of the spire wall along the structure,leading to the formation of weak points at the root of the spire wall;(4)the effect of the improved method proposed in this paper is more significant as the earthquake action increases,At 0.40 g,the damage can be reduced by nearly 50%.
