摘要
应用排队论的相关理论,在进出货能力计算方法中引入路段通行指标、货场影响系数和市区影响系数;通过对现场考察以及对不同状况的货场繁忙度系数进行计算后得到指标分级表;基于M/M/C模型,计算排队系统的各项参数,从货场内外因素综合考虑来计算进出货能力;引入能力繁忙程度系数的概念,使用货场实时进出货能力与理论最大进出货能力的比值反映货场进出货能力的利用效率,并进行实例计算。研究结果表明:本文提出的方法更切合铁路物流园进出货能力的实际情况。
By using the theory of queuing theory,this paper introduced the road section traffic index,the impact coefficient of the freight yard and the influence coefficient of urban traffic in the calculation method of inbound-outbound capacity.According to on-site investigation and calculation of the freight yard occupation coefficient under different situations,the classification table of freight yard occupation coefficient index was obtained.Based on M/M/C model,various parameters of the queuing system were calculated and the factors inside and outside the freight yard for calculating the inbound-outbound capacity were considered comprehensively.This paper introduced the concept of capacity occupation coefficient,which can reflect the utilization efficiency of the inbound and outbound capacity of the freight yard by using the ratio of the real-time inbound and outbound capacities to the theoretical maximum ones,and a practical calculation was conducted.The results show that this method is more suitable to the practical railway freight yard.
