乳粉中碘测定的3种前处理方法比较

Comparison of Three Methods for Iodine Determination in Milk Powder

采用酸消解法、AOAC法、碱提取法3种方法分别对乳粉样品进行前处理,电感耦合等离子体质谱法对其中碘进行检测。3种方法测定结果进行比对。结果显示,AOAC法与碱提取法的测定结果没有显著性差异,标准物质的测定值均在标示值范围内,两种方法的测定值基本吻合,都能较好地满足乳制品中碘含量的分析与测定。

The milk powder samples were pretreated by three methods(acid digestion,AOAC method and alkali extraction method),prior to analysis by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).A comparison of the results indicated that there was no significant difference between the AOAC method and the alkali extraction method.Both of them provided satisfactory test results for the reference material and could be ideal methods for iodine determination in milk powder.
