特高压输电线路环保水保智能监控平台研究应用 被引量:13

摘要 针对长距离、跨区域特高压输电线路工程环保水保措施监控需求,利用大数据管理、云端管理、智能采集、智能分析和智能推送技术整合多源设计资料、基础地理数据,搭建环保水保智能监控平台,实现了环保水保数码照片智能采集与管理、环保水保措施遥感解译与智能预警、多源数据统计分析功能。经过在青海—河南特高压工程青海段中的实际应用,验证了该智能监控平台的科学性与实用性,为特高压工程环保水保智能监控提供了技术借鉴。 In order to meet the monitoring requirements of environmental protection and soil conservation for longdistance,cross-regional UHV(ultra high voltage)power lines,we integrate multi-source design data and basic geographic data to build an environmental protection and soil conservation platform with big data management, cloud management,intelligent collection,analysis and precision push technologies.The monitoring platform has realized the functions of intelligent collection and management of digital photos, interpretation based on remote sensing data and intelligent early warning of environmental protection and soil conservation measures as well as the statistical analysis of multi-source data. The practical application of the platform in Qinghai section of Qinghai Henan UHV project has verified its being scientific and practical,providing technical reference for the intelligent monitoring of environmental protection and soil conservation of other UHV projects.
