摘要
供电服务是政府所提供的公共事业的一部分。文中将数据挖掘中的决策树算法引入到电网服务的满意度评估中,通过决策逻辑可以快速判断电网服务的质量。利用该方法为江苏某城实际电网建立了满意度评价决策树,并对决策树进行剪枝,减少过拟合。结果表明,该方法能够发现顾客满意程度与电力系统以及客户本身之间的潜在规律,为电网提高服务质量提供新的思路。
Power supply service is part of the public utilities provided by the government. This paper introduces the decision tree algorithm in data mining into the grid service satisfaction assessment,which can quickly judge the quality of the grid service through decision logic. This paper uses this method to establish a satisfaction evaluation tree for the actual power grid of a certain city in Jiangsu,and the decision tree is pruned to reduce the over-fitting. The result shows that the proposed method can identify the potential law between the customer satisfaction and the power system as well as the customer itself,and provide new ideas for the grid to improve its service quality.
