基于相对温差法的智能组合开关电器故障检测方法 被引量:7

摘要 当前开关电器故障检测过程无法实时获取故障变量状态,导致传统方法存在故障检测效率低、延时情况严重的问题。为此,该文研究新的基于相对温差法的智能组合开关电器故障检测方法。从功率管与非功率管短路过程,提取智能组合开关电器故障特征,分析智能组合开关电器测量点之间差值的比值。通过相对温差法研究故障运行时的变量状态,以智能控制采集模块、检测发生故障的电器、根据故障类型表判断电器故障类型、测试结束时断开电源整理好开关电器4步实现检测过程。从智能组合开关电器的功率管开路故障和短路故障2方面进行实验,以此验证方法有效性。结果表明,与其他方法相比,该方法具有高精度、低成本的优势,适用于智能组合开关电器综合故障检测。 The present fault detection process of switching apparatuses is not capable of obtaining the status of fault variables in real time,which leads to the serious problems of low efficiency and delay of the traditional fault detection method.Therefore,this paper studies a new fault detection method based on relative temperature difference method. The fault features of the intelligent combination switching apparatus are extracted from the circuit shorting process of both the power tube and nonpower tube, and the ratio of differences between the measurement points of the intelligent combination switching apparatus is analyzed. The variable state during fault operation is studied by means of the relative temperature difference method,and the detection process is realized by four steps:intelligent control acquisition module, detection of faulty appliances,determination of fault types according to fault type table,and disconnection of power supply at the end of the test and put the switching device in good order. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by experiments on the open circuit fault and short circuit fault of the power tube of the intelligent combination switching apparatus. Experiments are conducted on the power tube open circuit and short circuit of the intelligent combination switching apparatus to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. The results show that compared with other methods,this method has the advantages of high precision and low cost, and is suitable for the comprehensive fault detection of the intelligent combination switching apparatus.
