摘要
为提高岸基网络与船舶基站切换时的通信性能,借助岸基网络自身特点,利用层次分析法对目标岸基基站的选择方式加以改进并在切换触发阶段设定合适的触发条件,提出岸基网络与船舶基站切换算法。通过EXata平台对该场景进行仿真。仿真结果表明,该方法使得移动船舶在切换时选择了合适的岸基基站接入,与传统切换算法的对比结果证实了该算法的可行性,提高了岸基网络中移动船舶与岸基基站之间的通信性能,更好地满足了用户的通信服务需求。
The difference between shore-based network and ship base station handover and land handover is that a handover on land is the relationship between a mobile device and a base station,and a handover affects only one user.The handover between a ship and a shore-based base station is the relationship between a ship base station and a shore-based base station.There are a large number of users in a ship,so such a handover will have a great impact on ship user communications.In order to improve the communication performance during ship handover in the shore-based network,with the help of the characteristics of the shore-based network,the analytic hierarchy process is used to improve the selection method of the target shore-based base station and set appropriate trigger conditions in the handover trigger phase,then composing compose the shore-based network and ship base station handover algorithm.This scenario was is simulated and analyzed on the EXata platform.The simulation results showed that the method enabled enables the mobile ship to select the appropriate shore-based base station to access during handover,and the comparison with the traditional handover algorithm confirmed confirms the feasibility of the algorithm and improved improves the communication performance between mobile ships and shore-based base stations in the shore-based network.It is better to meets the needs of users for communication services.
