摘要 在课题组的前期研究基础上,设计了基于气凝胶碳基催化剂的农林废弃物生物油加氢脱氧制备高品质绿色燃料的专业综合创新实验,对气凝胶碳基催化剂的物化特性、生物油加氢脱氧转化率等进行了分析。该实验涵盖有机高分子化学、无机金属化学、生物质能源工程学、结构化学、仪器分析、光谱学等诸多学科的知识点,涉及有机高分子材料的合成、气凝胶碳材料的制备、加氢脱氧微反实验等基本化学操作。该专业综合创新实验的开设有利于加强学生对本专业知识的拓宽和理解,培养学生基本操作技能、专业文献查找与阅读能力、创新能力和从事科学研究的能力,激发学生的环保意识和社会责任感,特别适用作为农业院校农业与环境系统工程专业的综合创新实验。 High value utilization of agricultural waste is an effective way to“revitalize rural planning”.At present,the preparation of renewable fuel from agricultural waste is hot debated,especially for universities of agriculture and forestry.Based on the previous research,a comprehensive innovative experiment about obtaining the bio-fuel via catalytic hydrodeoxygenation of bio-oil from biomass was designed.Moreover,the physicochemical properties of carbon based aeroge catalysts and the efficiency of bio oil conversion were discussed.The experiment covers the key knowledge of related disciplines,including organic polymer chemistry,inorganic metal chemistry,biomass energy engineering,structural chemistry,instrumental analysis,spectroscopy and so on.Moreover,the experiment involves the synthesis of organic polymer materials,the preparation of aerogel carbon materials,and the hydrodeoxygenantion of bio-oil experiment.The establishment of the comprehensive innovation experiment is conducive to strengthening students’broadening and understanding of the professional knowledge,cultivating students’basic operation skills,professional literature search and reading ability.In the teaching practice,the abilities of students have been improved such as innovation,engaging in scientific research,innovation awareness and scientific research.Furthermore,it also stimulated students’environmental awareness and social responsibility.In conclusion,the innovation experiment is suitable for the students majored in agriculture and environmental system engineering,especially in agricultural colleges and universities.
