摘要
构建了虚拟仿真实验与职业生涯规划相关联的模型,分析了虚拟仿真实验影响学生职业选择判断的可能性。依托西安财经大学经管类省级虚拟仿真实验教学中心平台,对参与虚拟仿真实验的6期共1002名学生进行职业倾向测试和实验结果评测,探讨虚拟仿真实验对学生职业生涯倾向的影响。结果表明,虚拟仿真实验对修正学生职业生涯倾向有明显促进作用。包括:专业选择和职业兴趣的一致性;专业技能水平和职业技能优势的自我判断;职业生涯测试在工作岗位选择优势预测上的指导价值。
The theoretical framework of association between virtual simulation experiment and career planning is constructed to demonstrate the possibility that virtual simulation experiment affects students’career choice judgment.Based on the platform of provincial virtual simulation experiment teaching center for economics and management of Xi’an University of Finance and Economics,1002 students in 6 phases of the virtual simulation experiment were tested on their career tendency and the experimental results,and evaluated to verify the influences of virtual simulation experiment on students’career tendency.The results show that the virtual simulation experiment has an obvious effect on correcting students’career preference,especially in consistency between major selection and career interests,selfjudgment of professional skill level and professional ability advantage,and guiding value of career testing in predicting position strengths.
