高校化学品采购与财务一体化建设探究

Study on the Integration Construction of Chemical Procurement and Finance in Colleges and Universities

针对传统化学品管理存在的问题,对化学品信息化管理进行了思考,分析了目前国内高校常见的化学品管理系统,详细介绍了西南大学化学品安全管理平台的建设思路。平台通过与财务系统深度对接,化学品采购与财务一体化建设,有效规范了化学品购买行为,降低了安全隐患,同时保证了商品质量,简化了报销流程,方便了师生。化学品安全管理平台与财务系统的深度对接,实现了化学品的源头把控。在此基础上,平台开发了存量统计、领用台账、废弃物回收等功能,实现了化学品的全生命周期管理。目前平台运行情况良好,实验室化学品管理水平和工作效率得到了较大提高,化学品管理工作进一步规范化、精细化。

Aiming to the shortcomings of the traditional chemicals management,the information management of chemicals was considered.The major chemicals management systems existing in domestic universities are introduced,especially the chemicals management platform of Southwest University.Through the integration of chemical procurement and financial construction,the platform effectively standardizes the purchase behavior of chemicals,reduces the potential safety hazards,ensures the quality of goods,simplifies the reimbursement process,and is convenient for teachers and students.The intergration of chemical safety management platform and financial system has realized the source control of chemicals.On this basis,this platform has developed the functions of inventory statistics,collection account,waste recycling,etc.,and realized the life cycle management of chemicals.At present,the operation of the system is in good condition,and the efficiency and level of the laboratory chemicalsmanagement are improved.
