摘要
随着我国教育现代化的不断推进,农村小学的基础设施和学习资源得到不断优化,但城乡教师在科研能力上还存在一定差距。虽然教师们将科研的口号喊得响亮,但与城市学校的“研究热”比起来,农村教师的科研能力仍需不断提高。本文总结了农村教师教育科研能力发展的问题,并从教师、学校和教育监管部门三个角度提出相应建议。
With the development of the modernization of education in our country,the infrastructure and learning resources of rural elementary schools have been optimized,but there is still a large gap of the scientific research ability between urban and rural teachers.Compared with the"research fever"in urban schools,the research ability of rural teachers still needs to be continuously improved.This research sums up the problems which obstruct the development of rural teachers'research ability,and put forward corresponding opinions from three aspects,teachers,schools and education supervision departments,to provide some suggestions.
