新时代高校科研育人的困境及路径探究

Research on the Predicament and Path of Scientific Research and Education in Universities

高校的科研育人具有深刻意蕴,要建设科技强国、催生时代新人,必先科研育人。然而,科研育人在目前高校思想政治教育实践中仍存在辅导员工作过于事务化、队伍缺乏系统性培育、科研与育人统一性有待加强三大困境。本文沿着顶层设计到隐性课堂文化再到显性课堂融合这一创新路径完善科研育人体系,以期进一步深化新时代高校思想政治教育效果。

Scientific research and educating students in universities has profound implications.To build a strong country in science and technology and promote the birth of new students in the era,it is necessary to conduct research and education.However,in the current practice of ideological and political education in universities,there are still three major dilemmas:the work of counselors is too business-oriented,the team lacks systematic training,and the unity of scientific research and education needs to be strengthened.This article follows the innovative path of top-level design to implicit classroom culture and then to explicit classroom integration to improve the scientific research and education system,in order to further deepen the effect of ideological and political education in universities in the new era.
