师范类专科院校体育教育专业学生就业现状分析及策略

The Countermeasures and Analysis of the Current Employment Situation of PE Majors in Junior Normal College

本文通过数据分析法、文献资料法、专家访谈法对黑龙江省幼儿师范高等专科学校、哈尔滨科学职业技术学院、鹤岗师范高等专科学校、齐齐哈尔高等师范专科学校等4所师范类专科院校毕业生进行调查访谈,特别是对齐齐哈尔高等师范专科学校体育教育专业毕业生近三年的就业情况进行数据分析,提出了提升就业率,拓宽就业渠道等相关策略,以期为相关专业发展提供相关有益的借鉴和参考。

Through data analysis,literature and interviewing experts,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey and interview to some graduates in Heilongjiang Preschool Education College,Harbin Vocational College of Sciences and Technology,Hegang Teachers College and Qiqihar Teachers College,in nearly 3 years,especially makes a data analysis on PE graduates'employment in Qiqihar Teachers College,puts forward some countermeasures for better employment rate and methods in order to provide some reference and consulting for the development of related majors.
