摘要
苜蓿含水量较高,可溶性碳水化合物含量较少,属于难青贮的牧草,故苜蓿在青贮后品质存在差异。现有的青贮饲料品质评价体系不适用于苜蓿,且我国暂时还没有针对苜蓿青贮品质评价的国家标准,因此选择适宜评价苜蓿品质的指标,以及确定其范围值至关重要。本文综述了苜蓿青贮的意义及相关评价指标(干物质含量、pH值及粗蛋白和纤维含量)的研究进展,以期为苜蓿青贮品质评价指标的确定及建立提供理论依据。
It is difficult to silage for alfalfa because the higher water content and less soluble carbohydrate content, which lead to the quality of alfalfa silage is also different. Currently, the alfalfa silage quality evaluation is lacked in China and the existing silage quality evaluation system is not applicable to alfalfa silage. Therefore, it is urgent to select indexes that is suitable for evaluating alfalfa silage quality. This review summary the indexes of alfalfa silage, such as dry matter, pH, crude protein and fiber, as to provide a theoretical basis of the determination and establishment of alfalfa silage quality.
