GPC辅助红外光谱法定量测定液化MDI中的二聚体含量

摘要 对红外光谱定量分析液化MDI中的二聚体的方法进行了研究。用1778 cm^-1处的红外吸收峰作为定量分析峰,辅助凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)分析技术,测定液化MDI中二聚体含量。根据朗伯比尔定律绘制MDI二聚体吸收峰面积与二聚体含量的关系曲线,解决了MDI衍生物在GPC分析技术上对二聚体的干扰问题。建立的红外光谱分析方法达到了快速和准确地分析液化MDI中二聚体的目的。 The quantitative analysis method of determination of dimer concentration in liquefied MDI by infra⁃red spectroscopy was studied.Concentration of MDI dimer in liquefied MDI was determinated by infrared spectros⁃copy based the dimer absorption peak at 1778 cm^-1,combined with GPC.The problem of MDI derivatives disturbing MDI dimer during GPC test was solved with the relation curve between MDI dimer absorption peak area and concentration made from Lambert⁃Beer law.The results showed that the infrared spectroscopy method was a rapid and accurate analysis method of testing dimer concentration in liquefied MDI.
