一种双驱动式纸箱装订机设计

Design of a Double Driving Carton Binding Machine

针对纸箱封口问题,设计一种双驱动式装订机。装订机的驱动结构采用脚踏式和气动式的两套方案。脚踏式利用脚踩驱动踏板,通过连杆机构将力传至冲头实现装订;气动式采用气缸取代连杆,气缸内气体推动柱塞运动实施驱动,其需要外接气泵,采用气动元件对气压大小及方向进行控制。两种驱动结构可选用,切换易行。制作实物样机,并进行测试。装订机结构简洁,操作方便,工作稳定,装订牢靠、整齐,封口效果好。对包装、物流等行业的纸箱封口问题,具有一定的应用价值。

A double driving carton binding machine is designed to solve the carton sealing problem.The drive structure of the binding machine adopts two schemes of pedal-powered type and pneumatic type.The pedal-powered type uses foot to press pedal,and finishes the binding work of the carton through transferring force with link mechanism;pneumatic type uses cylinder to replace connecting rod,the driving is realized through motion of plunger which is propelled by its internal gas.It needs to connect an air pump and uses pneumatic components to control the pressure and direction of air.The two schemes are optional and easy to switch.A prototype has been fabricated and tested.It is simple in structure,easy to operate and stable at work.The binding is firm and tidy,and the sealing has a good effect.It has certain practical value to the sealing of carton in packaging,logistics and other industries.
