BIM+装配式一体化设计在住宅项目中的应用研究

摘要 近几年,国家在大力提倡发展绿色节能的装配式建筑,并推出了《装配式建筑评价标准》来适应装配式市场的发展。国标装配率成了装配化程度的依据,在很多项目上得到应用。安徽某住宅项目利用BIM(建筑信息模型)平台进行装配式建筑的设计,解决了装配率计算和构件拆分设计的难题。 In recent years,the government is vigorously promoting the development of green and energy-saving prefabricated buildings,and launched Standard for Assessment of Prefabricated Building to adapt to the development of the prefabricated market.The national standard assembly rate has become the basis of assembly degree and has been applied in many projects.BIM(building information model)platform is used in a residential project in Anhui Province to design prefabricated buildings,which solves the problems of assembly rate calculation and component splitting design.
