马脊梁洗煤厂生产系统粉尘治理技术研究

Study on Dust Control Technology of Production System in Majiliang Coal Preparation Plant

针对马脊梁洗煤厂生产系统工艺性粉尘尘源分散,粉尘治理难度大的问题,采用理论研究与现场监测试验相结合的方法,研究了粉尘物性,粉尘及水雾不同的分布及运动规律,密闭空间与尘粒结合的关系,分析了生产系统不同尘源点的产尘特点,喷雾除尘与密闭除尘的机理,集成开发了喷雾除尘与密闭罩除尘相结合的粉尘治理除尘装置,并将其应用于同煤集团马脊梁选煤厂,有效降低了选煤厂原煤准备车间、精煤洗选车间生产系统的工艺粉尘浓度。

In order to solve the problem of dispersing process dust sources and difficult dust control in Majiliang Coal Preparation Plant,the physical properties of dust,different distribution and movement rules of dust and water mist,and the relationship between confined space and dust particles were studied by combining theoretical research with field monitoring test.The characteristics of dust emission from different source points of the production system,the mechanism of spray dust removal and closed dust removal are analyzed,and the dust control and dust removal device combined with spray dust removal and closed hood dust removal is integrated,and applied to the Majiliang coal preparation plant of Datong Coal Mine Group.The process dust concentration of the production system of the raw coal preparation workshop and clean coal washing workshop of the coal preparation plant is effectively reduced.
