Protection and Valorisation of Military Heritage in France

军事遗产保护是历史文化遗产保护工作中的重要内容。文章通过对相关法规、政策文件以及案例的收集和整理,引介了法国军事遗产的保护历程与利用策略。在对法国军事遗产的特征和概况进行简要介绍后,结合不同时期法国社会对军事遗产价值认知的变化,系统梳理了各阶段法国军事遗产保护的对象、内容、措施及保护框架的变化。在此基础上,通过案例介绍了博物馆化、功能置换、军事文化街区复兴和主题整合四种法国军事遗产的利用策略。最后结合法国经验,针对我国军事遗产的现状提出了保护利用的建议。

Military heritage protection is regarded as an essential part of historical and cultural heritage conservation.By collecting and sorting out relevant laws and regulations.policy documents andcases,this article introduces the protection process and valorisation strategy of military heritage in France.After briefly describing the characteristics and general situation of French military heritage,the article summarises the changes in the objects,contents,measures and protection framework in different stages by taking into consideration the changing social cognition of military heritage values in different periods.Four valorisation strate-gies.including museumisation.function replacement,military cultural blocks revival,and theme integration,are further introduced through related case studies.Finally,the article gives suggestions on the conservation and utilisation of military heritage in China based on the current situation and the French experience.
