淀粉是纸管原纸原料中的第二大组分,同时还起到提高成纸强度的作用,在上网前,较大部分的淀粉悬浮在纸浆中,在经过网部时会与细小纤维一起排出,不仅会造成成本上的浪费,还会给后续的水处理带来很大的负担,使白水COD升高。下游产业对纸管原纸强度要求提高,通过引进性价比较高的淀粉包裹剂来提高淀粉留着,从而达到满足客户需求的目的。

Starch is the second major component of core board base paper,playing an important role in improving paper strength.Before the drying section,most of the starch is suspended in the pulp and can outflow together with the fine fibers as it passes through the web.It could not only lead to waste in cost,but also bring great burden to subsequent wastewater treatment,such as causing an increase in COD.As downstream industries lifted their requirements on the strength of core board base paper,it can be more necessary to use the starch coating agent with relatively a higher ratio of cost-performance,so as to improve the retention of starch and meet the need of customers.
