摘要
在溶解浆浆板干燥时,使用一种复合的高效能纤维反应助剂喷淋在浆板表面,浆料的反应性能有明显的改善。当纤维反应助剂用量为0.3~0.6k g/t浆时,浆料的α-纤维素含量保持稳定;浆料的戊糖含量和树脂含量略有下降;浆料的反应性能从70~80s降到20~30s,提升40%~80%左右。
When the dissolving pulp board is dried,a composite high-efficiency fiber reaction additive can be sprayed on the surface of the pulp board,and the reaction performance of the pulp can be significantly improved.When the adding amount of fiber reaction aid is 0.3~0.6 kg/t,α-cellulose content of the pulp remains stable;the pentose content and resin content of the pulp decrease slightly;the reaction performance of the pulp decreases from 70~80 s to 20~30 s,the dissolving pulp reaction performance can be improved by 40%~80%.
