完善武器装备质量法规制度体系的思考

Thoughts on Improving the Quality Law and Regulation Systems of Weapon Equipment

对武器装备质量法规制度体系建设现状进行了分析,提出了武器装备质量法规制度体系构建的原则和基本框架,研究提出了《武器装备质量管理条例》及相关配套规章制修订的建议。通过优化武器装备质量法规制度体系,确保其科学性、先进性和适用性,为依法管质量、依法保质量定好规则,为装备质量跨越式提升提供法规制度保障。

This paper analyzes the current situation of the systems of quality laws and regulations of weapon equipment,puts forward the principles and basic framework of the construction of the system of quality laws and regulations of weapon equipment.And the suggestions of revising the weapon equipment quality management regulations and supporting regulations are proposed.By optimizing the systems of quality laws and regulations of weapon equipment,ensuring its scientific,advancement and applicability,it sets rules for quality management and quality assurance according to the laws,and provides a legal system guarantee for the leap forward improvements of weapon equipment quality.
