高职教育人才培养“实战化”教学模式的实践探索

高等职业院校电梯工程技术专业人才培养的目标是为国家和社会培养电梯安装和维修保养的高素质技能型人才,要实现这一目标关键是专业教学,作为核心课程的《电梯维护与保养》在教学中存在教学质量不高的问题。如何解决这个问题,我们教学团队经过多年教学研究与实践,探索出一条适合高职院校电梯工程技术专业教学的新思路,在提高专业教学质量,培养适合社会发展需要的专业技术人才方面取得了一定成效。

The training goal of elevator engineering and technology professionals in higher vocational colleges is to train elevator installation and maintenance professionals of high quality for the country and the society.There are many problems in the course of elevator maintenance and repair.For example,the teaching quality is low。How to solve this problem,our teaching team has explored a new idea suitable for the teaching of elevator engineering technology major in higher vocational colleges after years of teaching research and practice.,The way achieved certain results in improving the professional teaching quality and cultivating technical talents suitable for the needs of social development.
