心理育人在高职院校理工科女大学生择业观培养中的应用研究

以高职院校理工科女大学生为调查对象,对其就业意向、就业压力、心理辅导与职业生涯规划进行调查。调查发现她们在择业过程中信心不足,感受到的压力更多,生涯规划模糊,在职业生涯规划的基础上开展心理育人显得尤为重要。以心理学视角帮助理工科女大学生正确对待社会长期存在的性别差异问题,明确自己的职业规划。

A survey of the employment intention,pressures,carrier planning and psychological counseling orientation shows that many female students of science and engineering in vocational colleges feel more pressures,who have neither clear objective nor enough self-confidence in career selection.So psychological crisis intervention during career selecting is becoming more and more important,using psychological method to help them deal with gender?differences which exist for many years,and clarify their own carrier planning.
