新型光皮长黄瓜重要性状杂种优势和配合力分析 被引量:3

摘要 为研究新型光皮长黄瓜重要性状的杂种优势和配合力情况,筛选出优异的亲本和组合,以11个黄瓜材料为亲本,运用不完全双列杂交配制18个杂交组合,对2个质量性状和10个数量性状进行杂种优势、变异系数、配合力和遗传参数分析。结果表明,果形指数、果实长度和单果质量的广义和狭义遗传力的效应值均较高,单性结实能力、单株瓜数的广义和狭义遗传力均较低。‘NAU337’和‘NAU002’是综合性状比较优良的亲本。组合‘NAU020’ב85311’、‘8316’ב85311’在果实长度等方面均表现优良,是新型光皮长黄瓜的潜在优良组合。 To study the heterosis and combining ability in the important traits of new type of long cucumber with bare skin,and to screen for excellent parents and combinations,11 cucumber materials were used as parents,18 hybrid combinations were prepared using incomplete diallel crosses,and 2 qualitative traits and 10 quantitative traits were investigated for heterosis,coefficient of variation,combining ability and heritability analyses.The results showed that both of the broad sense and narrow sense heritability of fruit shape index,fruit length and fruit weight were relatively high.Both of the broad and narrow heritability of parthenocarpy ability and fruit number of per plant were relatively low.‘NAU337’and‘NAU002’were the parents with generally desirable traits.The combinations‘NAU020’×’85311’and‘8316’×’85311’performed well in many traits,including fruit length and so on,therefore,they were potentially good combinations for the new type of long cucumber with bare skin.
