摘要
结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)是目前常见恶性肿瘤之一,严重威胁人类健康。晚期CRC以药物治疗为主,以改善患者预后及生活质量,但是一旦出现肿瘤复发或进展,患者二线或三线治疗效果往往不佳。近年来,随着分子靶向治疗的应用,化疗联合靶向治疗成为晚期CRC患者的新选择。本文拟对晚期CRC化疗和靶向治疗的方案选择及相关研究最新进展进行分析、讨论。
Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most malignant tumors,which severely threatens human health.Medicine is the main treatment for metastatic CRC,which improves the life quality and prognosis of CRC patients.However,the treatment effect of drugs in line II or III was unsatisfactory when tumor relapsed or progressed.Recently,with the application of targeted drugs,the combination of chemotherapy and targeted drugs has become a novel option for metastatic CRC patients.In this paper,we reviewed the new progress in metastatic CRC clinical treatments,in order to give suggestions for clinical oncologist.
