摘要
胰腺癌(pancreatic cancer)是消化系统常见恶性肿瘤,恶性程度高、预后差,发病率和死亡率几乎一致。手术治疗是胰腺癌惟一较为有效的治疗手段,但即使手术干预也极易复发,且胰腺癌起病隐匿,早期无典型症状,约80%的患者在初次诊断时就已处于晚期。提高胰腺癌患者的临床疗效、改善预后,很大程度上依赖于全身系统性治疗。本文就胰腺癌目前药物治疗进展作一综述。
Pancreatic cancer is one of the most malignant solid tumor and has poor prognosis.The incidence and mortality rate of pancreatic cancer are almost the same.Surgical treatment is the only way to cure pancreatic cancer.But the relapse rate of pancreatic cancer was high even after the surgery.In addition,80% of patients lost the chance of surgical treatment when they were first diagnosed.Systemic treatment is important to improve the clinical efficacy and prognosis of patients with pancreatic cancer.This article reviewed the advances in medical treatment of pancreatic cancer.
