上海某三级医院门诊患者血压控制情况及影响因素

Blood pressure control and relevant influencing factors among hypertension outpatients in a tertiary hospital in Shanghai

目的探讨上海某三级医院门诊患者血压控制情况及其影响因素。方法数据来源于五月血压测量月数据库,测量18岁及以上成年人坐位血压,理论上至少测量3次,每次间隔1 min,记录血压值,通过问卷采集资料。统计使用SAS 9.4,Logistic回归用以分析血压控制情况的影响因素。结果共4 095例参与者,平均年龄(53.34±13.33)岁,男性占48.21%。高血压患者共1 791例,其中1 295例服用降压药物,治疗率为72.31%。高血压控制率为49.47%,年长、女性、既往吸烟、服用调脂药物及冠状动脉性心脏病者血压更易控制达标。结论上海某三级医院门诊患者血压控制情况优于上海市数据,较高的高血压控制率可能与医疗资源接触有关。

Objective To discuss the blood pressure control and relevant influencing factors among hypertension outpatients in a tertiary hospital in Shanghai.Methods The data was derived from the dataset of May Month Measurement.Adults aged 18 years or above were recruited and their seated blood pressure were measured theoretically three times with 1 minute interval,and all values were recorded.The demographic information was collected by questionnaires.SAS 9.4 was used,Logistic regression was applied to analyze the relevant influencing factors for blood pressure control.Results A total of 4 095 participants were included in this analysis,the mean age was (53.34+13.33) years,males accounted for 48.21%.There were 1 791 hypertensive patients,with 1 295 patients received anti-hypertension therapy,the treatment rate was 72.31%.Hypertension control rate was 49.47%.Hypertension patients with elder age,female,former smokers,individuals with coronary heart disease and using of lipid-lowering drugs had better blood pressure control.Conclusion The control rate of blood pressure among hypertension patients in a tertiary hospital was higher than the average level in Shanghai.Better hypertension control rate may be attributed to the accessibility of medical facilities.
