头孢曲松钠联合苄星青霉素对梅毒患者血清TRUST阴转率及血清固定率的影响

Effect of ceftriaxone sodium combined with benzathine penicillin on serum TRUST negative conversion rate and serum fixation rate in patients with syphilis

目的观察头孢曲松钠联合苄星青霉素对梅毒患者甲苯胺红不加热血清试验(TRUST)阴转率及血清固定率的影响。方法选取2017年3月-2018年5月在湖南省中医药研究附属医院治疗的梅毒患者98例,按照入院时间先后分为观察组和对照组各49例。对照组单用苄星青霉素,观察组在此基础上加用头孢曲松钠,比较2组临床疗效、血清TRUST阴转率、快速血清反应素实验(RPR)转阴率、血清固定率及血清TRUST转阴时间。结果观察组总效率为97.96%,高于对照组的75.51%(χ^2=10.731,P=0.001);治疗后1个月、6个月及12个月,观察组的血清TRUST及RPR阴转率均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血清固定率为2.04%(1/49),低于对照组的18.37%(9/49)(χ^2=7.127,P=0.008);观察组血清TRUST转阴时间为(3.61±0.13)个月,短于对照组的(8.17±0.27)个月(t=106.518,P=0.000)。结论头孢曲松钠联合苄星青霉素治疗梅毒的效果较好,可提高TRUST及RPR转阴率,降低血清固定率,缩短血清TRUST转阴时间。

Objective To observe the effect of ceftriaxone sodium combined with benzathine penicillin on the negative conversion rate and serum fixation rate of the toluidine red unheated serum test(TRUST)in patients with syphilis.Methods A total of 98 syphilis patients who were treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Research of Hunan Province from March 2017 to May 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 49 cases each according to the time of admission.The control group was treated with benzathine penicillin alone,and the observation group was treated with ceftriaxone sodium on this basis.Compared the clinical efficacy,serum TRUST negative conversion rate,rapid serum reagin test(RPR)negative rate,serum fixation rate and serum TRUST negative rate.Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 97.96%,which was higher than 75.51%of the control group(χ^2=10.731,P=0.001).1 month,6 months and 12 months after treatment,the negative conversion rates of serum TRUST and serum RPR in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum fixation rate in the observation group was 2.04%(1/49),which was lower than 18.37%(9/49)in the control group(χ^2=7.127,P=0.008).Serum TRUST in the observation group turned negative for(3.61±0.13)months,which was shorter than(8.17±0.27)months in the control group(t=106.518,P=0.000).Conclusion Ceftriaxone sodium combined with benzathine penicillin has a better effect in the treatment of syphilis,which can increase the negative rate of TRUST and RPR,reduce the serum fixation rate,and shorten the time of serum TRUST negative.
