临床药师参与新生儿真菌性败血症抗真菌治疗1例药学监护

摘要 近年来,新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)中侵袭性真菌感染的发病率逐年上升。新生儿真菌感染进展快,临床表现与细菌感染相比无显著差异,容易造成诊断和治疗的延误,甚至造成患儿死亡。本文以1例新生儿真菌性败血症患儿为研究对象,分析临床药师在新生儿病区药学监护方面的价值,协助医师提高用药的有效性和安全性。报道如下。1病例资料入院情况:患儿,男,因"胎龄27+6周,呻吟、气促10 min"入院。出生体质量1100 g,生后患儿精神反应差,未开奶,大小便未解。
