“一带一路”倡议背景下西北五省高校资源调研

Research on the Resources of Colleges and Universities in Five Northwest Provinces under“One Belt And One Road”Initiative

通过对西北五省高校“一带一路”资源输入与输出情况进行调研,分析其对外活动交流、文献资源建设及信息资源支撑方面存在的问题,并提出建立西北区域“一带一路”高校微联盟、加强同沿线国家交流互访、优化特色资源建设等提升高校“一带一路”影响力的建议。

Through the research on“One Belt And One Road”resource input and output of colleges and universities in five northwest provinces,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the external communication activities,the construction of document resources and the support of information resources,and puts forward some suggestions on establishing“One Belt And One Road”micro alliance of universities in the northwest region,strengthening the exchanges and visits with countries along the route,and optimizing the construction of characteristic resources,which will help to boost university influence on“One Belt And One Road”.
