摘要 文章采用湿灰化-火焰原子吸收法,依据NY/T 305.1-1995《有机肥料铜的测定方法》中要求的测试步骤对有机肥中的铜元素含量进行了测定,并根据不确定度的评定理论,根据公式模型对整个实验过程中的不确定度来源进行分析评定,主要从样品称量、标准溶液的配制、定容、拟合、样品重复性测量等方面分析。结果表明:样品测量不确定度中主要来源于重复测量性、标准曲线拟合,样品的称量以及定容体积引入的不确定度较小。通过分析,对湿灰化-火焰原子吸收法测定有机肥中的铜元素含量提供一定的参考价值。 Wet ashing-flame atomic absorption method was used to determine the content of copper in organic fertilizer according to the test procedure required in"Determination of Copper in Organic Fertilizer(NY/T 305.1-1995)".According to the formula model,the source of uncertainty in the whole experiment process was analyzed and evaluated based on the evaluation theory of uncertainty,mainly from the aspects of sample weighing,preparation of standard solution,constant volume,fitting,and sample repeatability measurement,etc.The results showed that the uncertainty of sample measurement mainly came from repeated measurement and standard curve fitting.And the uncertainty introduced by sample weighing and constant volume were small.
